Via this letter we want to inform you about changes in our bank accounts that will be in effect from November 1st 2026.
Due to Schotpoort’s detachment from Duvenbeck our bank accounts will change, as stated below.

For all of our bank accounts the BIC-Code INGBNL2A will be applicable.
Besides these changes, we will no longer be using our P.O. Box 122.
What remains unchanged?
All our other company details will remain unchanged, including:
• Our Chamber of Commerce numbers and VAT numbers;
• Our other address details;
• Our contractual agreements and conditions;
• Our existing agreements, orders and deliveries.
Your payments and our bank switching service
We kindly ask you to update our bank details in your records and to make payments to our new bank account(s) from 1 November.
We will use a bank switching service which ensures that payments that have been made to the old bank account will be transferred to our new bank account. This service will be in effect for 2 months after we have changed bank accounts.
Safety and verification of our bank details
We understand that with a change in bank details you are vigilant about possible fraud.
Therefore we consider it important that you can process this change reassured. As verification we will also post this same message on our website. If you still have questions or want to verify it once more, please get in touch with your dedicated contact person at Schotpoort or call us on our phone number that is already available to you. We will help you out further of course.
