Within Schotpoort Logistics we have our own project division: Schotpoort Project Management (SPM). A specialised team that gives your project shipments the extra attention they need. We have years of experience with tight schedules, fragile goods and challenging delivery locations throughout Europe. Experience with your goods and your working environment
From shop fittings and furniture to displays and stand construction materials: we know the goods and the conditions in which they need to be delivered. Think of busy shopping streets, shopping centres, exhibition grounds with buffer zones, construction sites, museums and locations where construction and assembly work is still in progress.
Our work ranges from one-off deliveries to long-term projects with multiple suppliers and destinations. We provide transport from and to the Netherlands, as well as between other European countries.

Preparation and the right equipment
In advance, we discuss the schedule, accessibility and delivery restrictions. Based on this, we determine the choice of vehicle, the loading sequence and the support required. On request, we can include any permits and exemptions in the preparation.
Our own fleet includes standard trailers, mega trailers for extra loading height, trailers with tail lift and pallet truck, trailers with truck-mounted forklift and 18-tonne rigid trucks.
In addition, we have a specialised European partner network with, among other things, smaller vehicles for limited volumes and hard-to-reach locations. These partners are experienced in the careful handling of project goods.
Storage and preparation
Every assignment calls for its own approach. In our warehouses we can receive, consolidate and temporarily store goods from multiple suppliers. Inventory management, order picking, sorting, packing, repacking and labelling per project or destination are also possible. We have experience with non-standard dimensions, fragile goods and high-value materials.
Delivery and on-site support
Deliveries can be scheduled on fixed days, within specific time slots and in line with build-up and dismantling schedules. By arrangement, we provide additional white-glove service: from unloading and carrying inside to unpacking, positioning and simple assembly work. Afterwards, we can collect, return, temporarily store or transport materials to the next destination. Removal of packaging materials can also be part of the assignment.
Where required, we can handle the logistics coordination with suppliers, contractors and contact persons on site. Through specialised customs partners, we can provide support with documentation and handling for import, export and temporary admission.
