Over the years we have implemented various quality management systems to satisfy legislation and regulations, but above all our own quality requirements and those of our clients. Because we always take a critical look at how we can guarantee the quality of our services when designing our processes and procedures, we have been the proud owner of an ISO 9001 certificate since 1993.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management, which assesses whether an organisation actually follows its own established procedures and complies with (inter)national regulations and customer requirements.
As expectations of service quality change over time, so does the ISO 9001 standard.
The auditor of Bureau Veritas visited us again this year, to see how we ensure the quality of our services. In each department within our organisation, an inspector takes a critical look at whether we also meet the latest requirements and standards, and thus could be awarded the latest version of the ISO 9001 certificate.
The result: we have passed with flying colours, and can call ourselves the proud owner of the ISO 9001-2015 certificate in 2018 (click here for the certificate).
